1,2 kg of roast beef
2 cloves of garlic
50g of soft butter
Salt & pepper
Water. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. Prick roast beef and slice garlic. Brush with butter. Place the roast beef in a baking dish.
Add the remaining garlic and the chopped onions. Pour 1/2 glass of water into the dish. Bake for about 30 minutes of cooking at 210 ° C.
Wet it occasionally with the cooking juices. At the end of the oven, cover the dish with aluminum foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes before eating. The meat will be better.
