I find this recipe that seems to me the best of all the ones I could do ...
- 500g flour
-750ml of semi-skimmed milk
-1 spoonful of rum soup
Separate the yolks of whites.
> Put the melted butter, the sugar and the yolks in a container.
Add the rum.
Then about one third of the flour.
Start mixing with a manual whisk and then add a little milk.
Proceed in this way by alternating a little flour and milk until the ingredients. This avoids the formation of lumps and the paste is perfectly smooth.
Mount whites in firm snow.
Add the whites by delicately incorporating them into the previous mixture by lifting the dough so that it does not fall back.
Heat the waffle iron and then deposit a fly of dough.
Cook few minutes.
serve with icing sugar, fruits etc ...
