Carrots in the pan
Thanks to my sister-in-law for these beautiful carrots come all right of his garden.For 4 people
* 1 kg carrots
* 50 g of butter
* 15 g of sugar
* Chopped parsley
* 1 chicken broth
Peel them carrots, wash them and cut them in slices.
In a frying pan melt the butter and when it is frothy add the sugar, mix, add the carrots.
Then add the broth cube and wet with 1 liter of water.Cover and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.prolong the cooking if the slices are not cooked yet.
Add the chopped parsley, mix and serve
